Job Description:

Vriba Technologies is actively seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager specializing in Azure Infrastructure, with a focus on Hub & Spoke Topology. The candidate will be responsible for leading Azure infrastructure projects, ensuring seamless deployment and management of cloud services within a highly distributed and scalable network architecture. This role demands a deep understanding of Azure cloud solutions, infrastructure management, and the ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams globally, especially during US working hours. The selected candidate will oversee the end-to-end delivery of Azure projects that meet the organization’s business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Scope Management:

  • Lead the end-to-end management of Azure infrastructure projects, focusing on Hub & Spoke Topology architecture, ensuring the central hub efficiently connects with regional spokes.
  • Define and document project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and third-party vendors.

2. Hub & Spoke Topology Implementation:

5. Stakeholder Management & Communication:

  • Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project status, challenges, and progress across all levels, from technical teams to executive sponsors.
  • Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updates, ensuring that the technical aspects of the project meet business objectives.
  • Deliver weekly status reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including risk logs, decision logs, and change management reports.

6. Compliance & Security:

  • Ensure all Azure infrastructure adheres to industry security standards, data protection laws, and regulatory compliance specific to the Hub & Spoke topology.
  • Work closely with security experts to implement best practices for Azure role-based access control (RBAC), network security groups (NSGs), and encryption protocols to safeguard all hubs and spokes.
  • Conduct regular security audits and penetration testing to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities within the Azure environment.

7. Financial Management & Budgeting:

  • Manage project budgets, tracking all costs associated with Azure resources like compute, storage, networking, and third-party services.
  • Provide regular budget forecasts and ensure that project costs are within the approved financial scope.
  • Optimize the use of Azure services to reduce costs, such as leveraging reserved instances, auto-scaling, and Azure Cost Management tools.

8. Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including Azure administrators, cloud engineers, security specialists, and DevOps teams, to ensure cohesive collaboration and high performance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration across geographically distributed teams and departments, ensuring that the technical and operational aspects of the project are fully aligned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

  • 5-8 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience managing Azure infrastructure projects.

Position Summary:

The MRO Business Analyst ensures that the information systems dedicated to the maintenance planning and control of the airline, meets or exceed the requirements for functionality and business needs.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Accurate definition of processes that support existing business requirements of their assigned subject matter areas,
  • Identification of the data sources and repositories supporting existing processes.
  • Documentation of existing problems in data accuracy.
  • Definition and documentation of future business processes to be built upon functionality of the Maintenance Information Systems.
