Key Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using the Ruby on Rails framework.
• Collaborating with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture to enable seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.
• Writing clean, well-documented, and maintainable code adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Participating in code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure software quality and performance.
• Working closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conducting unit testing and integration testing to validate functionality and identify potential issues early in the development lifecycle.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in Ruby on Rails development.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Ruby on Rails development.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue.js).
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Active Record).
