Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with strong background in Project management and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Strong English Communication skills (Written/Verbal)
  • Should have good understanding of Microsoft Project and Portfolio Management (MS-PPM)
  • MS Project tools – MS Project, Smartsheet
  • Outstanding working knowledge of Power BI and Azure DevOps

Network Engineer (Offshore/Remote – 4 Positions, Onshore at Texas -1 Position)


Job Description:

The person in this role is responsible for developing and maintaining functional and secure networks. In this role, you should have excellent problem-solving skills and thorough knowledge of network management, support (L1/L2/L3). Your goal will be to manage DC network hardware that cater to customer needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of data center network operations
  • Supporting devices involving, but not limited to, SD WAN, WAN, LAN, WLAN, VoIP, Data Analytics, Security and Virtual (e.g., Virtualization, SDN, NFV) technologies
  • Manage and support SD WAN solutions
  • Configure and install software, servers, routers, and other network devices
  • Monitor network performance and integrity
  • Participate in on-call rotation and respond to network-related emergencies outside of regular business hours, as needed

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Compute Engineer who is responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining Compute infrastructure to support organization’s IT operations. Your goal will be to manage DC compute hardware that cater to customer needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain servers in a Linux and Windows environment.
  • Performs administration of UNIX and Windows systems
  • Ability to respond to internal and external requests
  • Installing, configuring, deploying IT Infrastructure: Computer Hardware (Servers, and Workstations), software’s, printers, and scanners
  • Design, develop, and implement infrastructure monitoring and reporting tools through scripts such as BASH and PowerShell
  • Develop tools to help increase functionality and efficiency of available infrastructure
  • Participate in on-call rotation and respond to compute-related emergencies outside of regular business hours, as needed
  • Maintain documentation for procedure and configurations
  • Maintain software repositories and apply software updates
  • Tune operating systems and applications to increase performance and reliability
  • Coordinate with vendors to resolve hardware and software problems

Storage Engineer (Offshore/Remote – 4 Positions, Onshore at Texas – 1 Position)


Job Description:

Looking for an experienced Storage Engineer with a strong background in NAS Storage, Backups, and disaster recovery with some experience in Cloud, Compute and automation areas. Your goal will be to manage DC Storage hardware that cater to customer needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily monitoring and immediate troubleshooting of mission-critical storage and backup systems to ensure continuous operability
  • Work as Level 2/3 support and provide remote support to users and global IT teams
  • Manage routine operations including responding to hardware failures, storage provisioning requests, processing access requests and addressing incidents with prompt and effective resolutions
  • Collaborate with end users to accurately understand and efficiently fulfil requests for new storage spaces, data mobility etc
  • Participate in on-call rotation and respond to storage-related emergencies outside of regular business hours, as needed.
  • Execute cross-platform and cross-regional data migration projects with precision and in compliance with organizational standards
  • Implement storage security updates and enhancements, continually improving system integrity and performance
  • Perform regular audits of the storage and backup infrastructure to ensure adherence to established security and compliance frameworks.
  • Plan and execute storage and backup system upgrades in alignment with the organization's change management protocols, minimizing disruption on and maximizing system advancements

Mandatory Technical skills:

  • 8-10 years' of experience in managing DAS/NAS/SAN environments, with a demonstrated ability to ensure optimal performance and security
  • Providing level three DAS, NAS, SAN Configuring and administering support and expertise as it relates to the storage environment as needed
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Pure Storage solutions, showcasing the ability to integrate and maintain these systems effectively
  • Proficient with Commvault backup solutions, demonstrating practical skills in data protection, recovery, and management
  • Previous experience in EDA/engineering HPC environments, understanding the unique demands and challenges of high-performance computing
